Our Mission
At Future Power Academy, our mission is to empower high achievers to break free from silent burnout, limiting beliefs, and external validation traps. Through transformational coaching, keynote speaking, and soul-centered resources, we guide individuals to heal at the core, awaken their authentic identity, and rise into a future of clarity, confidence, and unstoppable worth.

Behind Every Achievement, There’s a Deeper Story
On the outside, my life looked like a success story—leading international programs, receiving global recognition, and building thriving businesses. But behind the titles, the stages, and the achievements, I carried a silent weight: burnout, exhaustion, and the hidden wounds of constantly proving my worth.
That’s when I discovered the truth: real success isn’t about what you achieve—it’s about who you become.
From Refugee to Global Humanitarian
I began my journey as a refugee from Sudan, carrying with me resilience, courage, and a deep desire to serve. For nearly two decades, I worked with the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR), designing and leading programs in education, community development, and empowerment.
In 1981, I was honored with the Nobel Peace Prize Certificate as part of the global UNHCR team in Sudan.
In 1996, I received the UNESCO Peace Prize Certificate in Armenia for advocating the rights of children and reforming orphanage policies nationwide.
These milestones weren’t just awards. They were reminders that one voice, one mission, and one act of courage can spark change for thousands.
The Hidden Cost of High Achievement
After years of global impact, business leadership, and giving endlessly to others, I found myself in a familiar but devastating place—burned out, disconnected, and questioning my worth.
I realized that while I was building futures for others, I was neglecting my own inner healing. The more I achieved, the emptier I felt.
This was the turning point that led me to my life’s true calling: guiding others to heal from within, reclaim their identity, and redefine success on their own terms.
